Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Drain artichoke hearts and squeeze excess moisture out with paper towels. Roughly chop into small chunks
Step 3
Reserve some parmesan for topping. Add mayo, parmesan sour cream to artichoke hearts and mix until homogeneous. Place mixture into oven safe serving dish
Step 4
Top with remaining parmigiano reggiano
Step 5
Place on baking sheet in case of overflow. Bake for 35 minutes
