Instructions
Step 1
Beat butter and sugars together on medium speed until light and fluffy
Step 2
Add eggs and vanilla and continue to beat for approximately 2 minutes
Step 3
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until combined
Step 4
Add chocolate chips and mix
Step 5
Chill dough for about 30 minutes
Step 6
Use cookie scoop to scoop out cookies and place on baking sheet
Step 7
Bake at 350F for about 10-12 minutes until very lightly browned. Dry on pan for about 2 minutes prior to transitioning to cooling rack
