Step 1
1. Mix the vinegar, ginger and honey together.
Step 2
2. Cut 1 cucumber and put at bottom of bowl. Add the mixture on top.
Step 3
3. Cut up the rest of the cucumber and put on. Sprinkle the salt on.
Step 4
4. Mix and enjoy! P.S: goes well with lemon.
