Step 1
Add match to a small cup with 1 tbsp boiling water and use a whisk to combine then add to a large mug or mason jar

Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients ( sub agave syrup or sweetener if you don’t have date syrup) then mix to combine and let sit 15 minutes for the chia to absorb some liquid
