Instructions
Step 1
soak almonds for 5-8 hours
Step 2
drain the water from the alomnds
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the almonds. (just enough to cover the almods completely). Wait 3-4 min.
Step 4
using a spoon, take each almond and squeeze or peel the skin off each one.
Step 5
place the almonds and water in the MioMat and follow the instructions on the MioMat blender settings. Or place in a Vita Mix or other high speed blender.
Step 6
Stain the mylk if desired.

Makes 5 - 1 cup servings
