Step 1
Add butter and onions to pan, allow to soften for a couple minutes

Add garlic and fry for a couple more minutes until nice and fragrant. You may need to add some water to prevent burning/sticking to pan

Add mushrooms and tomato paste, fry for 1-2 mins

Step 4
Add spices, cook off for a few minutes. You might need to add more water again to prevent the spices from burning. Do a taste test and if the texture is to your liking take off the heat and serve! :)
