Step 1
Mix the yeast, water and 1/4 tsp sugar in a bowl and set aside

Then mix the first 3 ingredients, mix well then divide in 2 In a bowl with half of the mix add in the yeast mixture and then the rest of the ingredients

Once the dough is done divide into 3 large rolls or 6 smaller ones then add in the filling

Make the filling and set aside

Roll out the dough and smear with some margarine and sprinkle with some oil

Then add in the filling, roll up and let rise in a pan for 6 hours

Then coat with egg and sprinkle with the rest of the crumbs

Bake on 350 for 1 hour
