Preheat oven to 350 Grease and flour 2 - 10" tube pans

Instructions

Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, margarine, vanilla sugar and oil in a large bowl untill mixture forms coarse crumbs.
Step 2
Remove 1 1/2 cups of the crumbs and set aside for topping.
Step 3
Add the Almond milk, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon and salt to the bowl. Mix well until combine

Chocolate Marble:
Step 5
Whisk Cocoa, oil, boiling water and confectioners sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Divide into 2 separate bowls

Assemble Cakes:
Step 7
Divide batter between prepared pans, Filling 2/3 of pans with batter.
Step 8
Drizzle one bowl of chocolate marble over the batter in each pan. Create marbling by using a knife to swirl chocolate marble into batter.
Step 9
Drizzle second half of chocolate marble over cake and top off with the rest of the crumbs.
Step 10
bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick placed in center comes out clean
Step 11
Remove from oven and ket cool completely before taking it out.
