Wing Marinate

12 pcschicken wings

2 tbspslight soy sauce

2 tbspsdark soy sauce
premium

3 dasheswhite pepper
Rice pot sauce

390gjasmine rice
washed

60gcarrots
diced

0.5chicken stock cube

3 dasheswhite pepper

450mlwater

1 stalkspring onion
chopped
Fragrant Oil Sauce

3.5 tbspscooking oil

1 stemgreen onion
halved & smashed lightly

2shallots
sliced

4cloves garlic
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Add wings, light & drak soy, and white pepper to bag and marinate chicken
Step 2
next while chicken is marinating add the rice cooker ingredients to the cooker. then layer on chi ken once base is ready.
Step 3
while rice and chicken cook make flavorful oil sauce in pan. Add oil to the pan. pt in garlic and shallots first till fragrant then add onion. once warmed pull off and wait to add to dish.
