Instructions
Step 1
Prep the chicken the night before by adding salt (or dry brine it), 1 to 1.5 ratio in grams of how much chicken you have. Clean and dry the chicken when you are ready to cook.
Step 2
Cube the chicken. (I use scissors)
Step 3
Place the flour and corn starch in a container. Then add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, and onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and mix well.
Step 4
In another bowl add the egg whites, milk, and whisk

Cover the chicken with the flour mix, then dip and cover in the egg white mix. Cover the chicken again with the flour mix.
Step 6
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Prepare the sauce while waiting....instructions for sauce in this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jsJF7E4nqPk
Step 7
Spray the chicken with olive oil spray before putting into air fryer. Make sure all sides are covered. Put into air fryer for 6 to 8 minutes. Half way through cooking flip them over and check for light spots, If there is any, just spry that spot again.
Step 8
When the chicken is done, brush the sauce onto the chicken.
