Cook in the air fryer, on the BBQ or under the grill. Serve with couscous and salad. Pair with Sauvignon Blanc.

Ingredients
2 servings
50mlcoconut milk
1.5garlic cloves
½ Tbspground coriander
½ Tbspcumin
½ tspground tumeric
½ tspchilli sauce
1 ½ Tbsplime juice
1 ½ Tbspfish sauce

2 Tbspsoy sauce
2chicken breasts

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into chunks
Step 2
Mix together the spices, coconut milk, garlic and sauces
Step 3
Set aside half the mixture as pouring sauce
Step 4
Marinade the chicken chunks in the other half of the mixture, for at least 25 mins
Step 5
Thread the marinaded chicken onto skewers and air fry, grill or bbq for 10-15 mins, (7+7), turning regularly
Step 6
Meanwhile, prepare the couscous and salad
Step 7
Serve the skewers, couscous and salad with the pouring sauce.
*Don’t use the same sauce the chicken was marinaded in as pouring sauce
*Chicken should be 70*c+ at its thickest part to be cooked properly
