Instructions
Step 1
Mix well
Step 2
Put in pudding pan or 3-quart jars, 2/3 full.
Step 3
Cover jars with wax paper tied with string to allow expansion
Step 4
Place in large kettle with water 2/3 . Simmer for 3 hours.
Step 5
May need to add some water.
Brown Sauce
Step 6
3 TB spoons flour
Step 7
2 TB spoons butter or marg
Step 8
Blend with a little cold water till smooth
Step 9
Cook adding hot water to desired consistency
Step 10
Add a tsp or so of vanilla and a few drops of vinegar. (Or Rum)
Step 11
Serve hot.
