Instructions

Step 1
1. ⁠⁠Squeeze the juice out of the oranges in a bowl.

2. ⁠⁠Grate the apples and the pears over the juice, and mix it, this will stop the oxidation process avoiding browning of the fruit.

3. ⁠⁠Mix the oats in the same bowl.

4. ⁠⁠In a blender mix the bananas in pieces, the coconut milk and the cocoa powder. Optional cinnamon powder.

5. ⁠⁠Mix the resulting chocolate looking shake in the bowl with the fruit and the oats.

6. ⁠⁠Place mixture in a recipient of your choice, closed, in the refrigerator over night.
