Instructions
Step 1
Start by roasting the tomatoes over an open fire, until the skin turns black. You can do this over a gas grill or under the broiler in your oven, just make sure you don't over-burn them
Step 2
Place the tomatoes aside and get chopping all the other ingredients finely. I like to have a bit of a bite but you can chop as fine as you want. Once the tomatoes are cooled down you can chop them as well (almost into a pulp) without removing the skin.
Step 3
Stir everything together in a bowl and adjust with lime juice and salt!
