Attention all pico lovers, here’s a unique and tasty spin on a classic! This pico de gallo is great with chips, on tacos or on your morning egg scramble. You can’t go wrong adding this to your favorite dishes.

Instructions

Step 1
Dice tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and green onions. Add to bowl
Step 2
Add orange juice, lime and ketchup to veggies
Step 3
Add garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix
Step 4
Add cilantro and mix again adding more salt and pepper if needed
Step 5
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Suggest mixing again prior to serving
