Instructions
Step 1
Cut and remove the stems of all bananas, then peel bananas. Take 2 bananas and cut them into slices, and set aside.. Take 1 banana and smash with a fork. Add mashed banana into a mixing bowl.

Add the eggs to the mashed banana and mix well.

Add the oatmeal to the mixture and mix carefully.

Add olive oil to pan and brush pan with oil.

Fill the pan with banana slices, then pour the mixture over the banana slices. Even mixture over bananas with a spoon. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Place a plate over the pan to flip the recipe over and put it back in the pan to cook the other side. Cover and let it cook for 5 more minutes.

Recipe is ready, cut into slices, and enjoy with a little honey or agave if you prefer.
