Quick and easy - this recipe uses measuring cups because you just throw all of the ingredients into a blender.

Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth







Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan



Step 3
Spoon some mixture (around 3 tablespoons) into a pan and wait for around 3-5 minutes. You can do this step more than once at the same time, depending on the size of your pan.



Step 4
Flip the pancake - it should be smooth, light brown and easy to flip. You can check if it is fully cooked by lifting the corner and looking underneath.



Step 5
Repeat until all the batter has been used and enjoy! Add whatever toppings you want to these.
