Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

Heat some oil in a pan

Spoon some mixture (around 3 tablespoons) into a pan and wait for around 3-5 minutes. You can do this step more than once at the same time, depending on the size of your pan.

Flip the pancake - it should be smooth, light brown and easy to flip. You can check if it is fully cooked by lifting the corner and looking underneath.
