Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to bread machine (taking care to keep salt and yeast separated by flour)
vital wheat glutenvital wheat gluten40 grams
italian seasoningitalian seasoning
active dry yeastactive dry yeast2 tsp
waterwater1 cup
flourflour320 grams
saltsalt1 tsp
sugarsugar2 tsp
Step 2
Allow to mix in bread machine on dough setting
Step 3
Lightly coat ball of dough in flour. Place dough in lightly floured bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled (about 1hr.)
Step 4
Roll out dough into desired shape(s). Top with desired toppings. Bake in 450 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until toppings and crust are done to your liking.
