Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C(fan)
Step 2
Cut the sourdough bread on a diagonal into 1-inch diamonds. (be careful to not cut all the way through)
Step 3
Pry each crack open with your fingers. Fill in half of the bread with pesto sauce and tomatoes, and the other half with tomato sauce and olives. Then stuff with mozzarella cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
