Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle sugar all over a baking mat then roll out the puff pastry on top so the sugar is stuck to the side facing the mat

Step 2
Spread a thin layer of Nutella all over the pastry then roll each side towards the centre keeping it tight . Freeze for 20 minutes to firm up

Step 3
Cut out palmier slices about 1/2 inch thick then spread out on the baking sheet and bake at 200c / 400 f fan setting for 15 minutes or until golden and crunchy . Let cool slightly and enjoy
