Instructions

Step 1
To make the caramel sauce, place dates, peanut butter, protein powder, vanilla extract and oat milk into a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 2
Place popcorn into a large bowl and pour over the caramel sauce. Mix well and transfer to a lined baking tray. Spread evenly and push down with a spoon. Set in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Top with melted dark chocolate and set in the freezer for 4-5 hours. Slice and enjoy! Store in the fridge for 4-5 days or for longer in the freezer (just remove 10 minutes before eating).
