Crock Pot: shredded chicken

10QT crock pot:
14lbs of chicken (that's how much fits and it still turn out perfect.) Should only yield about 7lbs of chicken when all the fat, connective tissue, ligaments, all other bad stuff are liquefied away.
Add 2 cups water
Ignore the measurements. Pour (1) box of chicken broth in the crock pot and 1 tbsp of each seasoning, and then fill it to the top with chicken breasts.
