Step 1
In tray put broken cauliflower chunks, chopped onion & small pieces of potato
Step 2
Add a little olive oil & a sprinkle of curry powder
Step 3
Roast at 200 for 20 mins
Step 4
Lightly cover the whole chicken breast with curry powder in a separate dish. Drizzle over a 1/4 large pot of yogurt. Allow to marinate while the veg is in the oven
Step 5
After 20 mins add the chicken to the top of the veg tray and cook for another 20 mins
