If you want to make some soup but you finished your pastina, don’t worry! Simply mix one egg with flour and you have a super easy and quick pastina! 😍

Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor, add flour and egg and mix everything together for 20 seconds. Break your dough with your hands and mix it again for 15 seconds. Let your pastina dry on a parchment paper sheet for 10 minutes and you are now ready to use it for your soup (it will only need a couple of minutes of cooking). Buon appetito!
