Instructions

Step 1
Mix ingredients for the sponge, then let it rise for 30-60 minutes.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients for the dough. Knead for a couple of minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 3
Divide into 8 pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
Step 4
Add olive oil to a pan, place dough balls in the pan, cover and proof for 20-30 minutes.
Step 5
Brush with plant milk and maple syrup, then bake at 230°C for 13-15 minutes
