Instructions
Step 1
1. In a large mixing bowl, gently mix the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and egg yolks. Be careful not to break the crab meat lumps.

Step 2
Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper over the mixture. Fold everything together gently until just combined. Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for a few minutes.

Shape the mixture into patties. The mixture should yield about 3 large-sized or 4 regular-sized crab cakes.
Step 4
Place the crab cakes in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not touching to ensure even cooking. Air fry the crab cakes for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Flip the crab cakes halfway through the cooking time for even browning.

In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, dill, salt and pepper until evenly combined.
