1 tablespoonolive oil
2 poundsboneless skinless chicken
2carrots

3stalks celery
1red pepper

5cloves of garlic
5 tablespoonschili powder
2 tablespoonsground cumin
1 tablespoonpaprika
½ cupHot Sauce
Original
2 x 15 ozcans tomato sauce
1 x 15 ozdiced roasted tomatoes
1 x 15 ozblack beans
drained
1 x 15 ozchili beans in sauce
do not drain
salt
to taste
pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Put chicken breasts in food processor to grind up - if you can find ground chicken breast, you can use that too.
Step 2
Heat oil and add ground chicken and cook about 10 minutes on medium heat until no longer pink.
Step 3
Rinse out processor and add carrots, celery, garlic and red pepper and puree.
Step 4
Add to chicken mixture and cook about 5 minutes until veggies start to soften.
Step 5
Next add the rest of the ingredients, put stove on simmer and cook for 1 hour.
Step 6
Leftovers freeze great too!
