Ingredients

1 poundground beef
browned with fat drained
1 x 15.5 ouncecan pinto beans
2 cupselbow macaroni
1green bell pepper
chopped
1onion
small, chopped
1 x 15 ouncecan tomato sauce
1 x 14.5 ouncecan petite diced tomatoes
2 teaspoonsworcestershire sauce
1 teaspoonsoy sauce
1 teaspoonsalt
¾ teaspoondried basil
¾ teaspoondried oregano
½ teaspoonground black pepper
½ teaspoonchili powder
¼ teaspoongarlic powder
⅛ teaspoonhot pepper sauce

1 cupbeef broth
Instructions
Step 1
Cook beef in large skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer beef to a bowl.
Step 2
Cook macaroni, bell pepper, and onion in the same skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add cooked beef, pinto beans, tomato sauce, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, basil, oregano, ground black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and hot pepper sauce. Pour in beef broth.
Step 4
Cover skillet and simmer until macaroni is tender, about 15 minutes.
Step 5
Remove lid and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, 5 to 10 minutes.
