Crush cornflakes into a crumb using a blender or by crushing them with a rolling pin in a ziplock bag. 2. Add garlic powder and salt. 3. Coat chicken in egg and then corn flake crumb. 4. Peel and slice potatoes into chips and airy fryer until golden and crispy. 5. Place chicken on a baking tray and cook in an oven 20 minutes at 190-200 degrees Celsius. 6. In a small pan, heat tomato purée, garlic paste, salt and Italian herbs. 7. Once chicken is cooked, top with tomato puree and grated mozzarella. 8. Place chicken under a grill until cheesy is melted and golden. 9. Meanwhile salt chips, place chips and parma on a plate with a side salad and enjoy! - -

Instructions

Step 1
