Step 1
Place the roast in the bottom of the crock and generously sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.

Add the soy sauce, wine, beef broth, garlic, onions to meat.

Cover and cook on high 6-8 hours, or low 8-10 hours or until roast is tender and shreddable.

Take out roast and shred.

Prepare your french fries per package directions
Step 6
While fries are cooking, combine about 3T (heaping) of cornstarch in a cup with just enough broth to make a thick liquid, and whisk into simmering gravy until thickened. Add in the gravy packets and jar gravy. Stir well till combined. Add more corn starch as needed to thicken it up.
Step 7
Top fries with shredded beef,
cheese curds, and gravy
