Step 1
Mix flour a pinch of salt eggs and water in a bowl with a whisk. If the batter is super thick add another splash of water . The batter should be slightly thick and run slowly off of the whisk

Step 2
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil then use a flat cheese grater flipped around or a spoon with holes . Push the batter through the holes into the boiling water . They cook in seconds and already float to the top. Remove and add to cold water to cool
Step 3
Heat butter in a pan until slightly browned then add the spätzle some Black pepper Parmesan and sliced green onions . Serve immediately and enjoy
