Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Slice baguette. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle on some salt. Place on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 5 minutes, flip, and bake for another 5-7 minutes more.
Step 4
Halve 15 grape tomatoes. Set aside.
Step 5
Add arugula to a bowl along with tomatoes, and drizzle with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Step 6
Add salad to a serving plate in a flat layer. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Step 7
Fold pieces of prosciutto into bite sized crumples, and place into the salad around he edges of the plate.
Step 8
Place the ball of burrata in the center, and carefully break apart to spread out evenly. Drizzle with olive oil.
Step 9
Top burrata with dollops of fig jam.
Step 10
Serve with crostini pieces.
