All measurements approx. I used onion flakes and garlic flakes

Instructions

Step 1
Add onion, garlic and olive oil to pot
Step 2
Once hot, brown beef about 3/4 done
Step 3
Add soy sauce, stock, sugar, sesame oil and chilli flakes
Step 4
Bring to bubbling, then cook on high pressure for 12mins
Step 5
Once done, combine cold water and cornflour (wait to stir)until smooth. Select Simmer/Saute and add to the pressure cooking pot. Stir well to combine, and continue stirring until the sauce comes to a boil and thickens.
Step 6
Set to keep warm, add frozen veggies. Veggies took approx 40mins maybe. Alternatively cook veggies separately and add cooked (microwave 4mins, steam or boil)
Step 7
Serve with rice and garnish with toasted sesame seeds
