Instructions
Step 1
Poke holes in the boiled eggs with a toothpick
Fry them in oil
Try to cover them from all sides
Step 2
Slice the onions and fry them in 2-3 teaspoons of oil in a kadai
Fry till translucent Add ginger garlic paste and fry till onions are golden brown Add chili powder and turmeric powder and mix well
Add chopped tomatoes and some salt to taste
Step 3
Add fried eggs and mix well
Add a cup of water (according to thickness of gravy)
Cover with lid and let it cook and keep checking occasionally Add garam masala if needed
