Ingredients ⬇️
8 servings
• Small Red Onions, chopped
• 500g Beef Mince, 5% Fat (Extra Lean)
• Tablespoon Paprika
• Teaspoon Parsley, Dried
• Tablespoon Garlic Granules
• Tablespoon Onion Granules
• Pinch Table Salt
• Pinch Black Pepper, Ground
• 8x Tablespoon Reduced Sugar & Salt Tomato Ketchup
• 4x Tablespoon Lighter than Light Mayonnaise
• 15 Pickled Baby Gherkins. Sliced
• Small Onions, finely diced
• 8x Warburtons Sliced Soft White Rolls
• 8x Light Cheesy Singles
Method ⬇️
Bring a pan to the hob on a medium heat, spray with fry light and fry the mince and onions for a couple of minutes until the onions are soft.
Season the mince with paprika, onion granules, garlic, parsley, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Cook the mince until browned, remove from the heat and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the ketchup, mayo, gherkins and finely diced white onion to form the burger sauce.
Spread a little burger sauce on each breadcake, top with 1/8th of the mince, one cheesy single and the lid.
I covered my lid with a tiny spread of Alioli and sesame seeds but I can’t find the calories for this and therefore I haven’t added to the recipe above.
Transfer to the oven and bake at 180 for around 5 minutes. Or, until the cheese has melted
Serve with your own choice of sides.
Enjoy xx
