Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425.
Step 2
Mix butter, oil, and sugars until smooth.
Step 3
Add in eggs one at a time. Then add vanilla.
Step 4
Mix all dry ingr in another mixing bowl.
Step 5
Slowly alternate adding flour mixture and milk to butter mixture, ending with flour.
Step 6
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool in pan 5-7 minutes before removing from pan.
