✨ Cheeseburger Foccacia Melts ✨
✨ Cheeseburger Foccacia Melts ✨
So, no long introduction today because honestly my lovelies if I said that these cheeseburger melts were divine - I would absolutely be underplaying it 🤣🤤 so I’m going to stop typing and just say please make these as soon as you possibly can 😍🫶🏼
I used my fave
focaccia Thins for this, as one I’m obsessed and two, they make the most deliciously rich, buttery, and crispy result! They’re so versatile too (you can follow
for more ideas 👀) and you can easily pick them in most major retailers including Tesco and Sainsbury’s 😋

Instructions
Step 1
- Start by adding your mince to a hot pan along with some salt and pepper and allow to cook for about 5 minutes or until well browned.
- Once your mince is cooked, add your ketchup, mustard, and gherkins (if using) to the pan and allow to cook for another minute.
- Grab one half of your Focaccia thin and add half of your cheese to one half, then add on your mince mixture before topping with the other half of your mozzarella.
- Top with the other half of the Focaccia thin, then transfer to a panini press (or you can pan fry) and allow to cook for a few minutes or until crispy, golden and the cheese is all melty.
And that is literally it 😍 Simply cut in half then serve on its own or dunked into some burger sauce - and enjoy
