Step 1
Mix all ingredients together until smooth and put into an 8 oz plastic container. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy in the morning! For caffeinated, use 1/4 cup almond milk and 1/4 cup strong espresso in place of 1/2 cup of milk. OPTIONS: mix with 1/2 Tbsp cocoa nibs, place layer of fruit (blueberries, bananas, etc.) or a layer of natural jelly on bottom of container, or just eat as it is.
