Instructions
Step 1
Stift flour,corn flour, icing sugar, salt and almond flour into a bowl

Mix well
Step 3
Add in almond flake and mix well
Step 4
Add in peanut oil gradually(try to add at dry area)
Step 5
Knead to form a dough but dont knead too much until form dough will do(clean bowl)
Step 6
Place the dough on a mat and cover it with another baking paper to prevent sticking
Step 7
Roll flat
Step 8
Roll until 1.3cm thickness
Step 9
Use 4cm cookie cutter to cut out the cookie
Step 10
Repeat until use up all the dough
Step 11
Shape abit so will not crack so easily after baked
Step 12
Bake at 160°c for 30mins (Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
Step 13
Let it Cool completely before touching
