Instructions

Step 1
Boil unpeeled potatoes in salted water until soft and set aside to cool
Step 2
Mix tuna, onion, and mayonnaise until combined
Step 3
Once cooled, peel and grate the potatoes
Step 4
Add olive oil, chilli peppers, salt, pepper, and parsely. Knead potato dough
Step 5
Grease a small pan. Spread potato dough on Base, about 1 inch thick.
Step 6
Layer on top of the potato dough
Step 7
Finish with another 1 inch layer of potato dough
Step 8
Decorate with chopped boiled eggs and chilli pepper
