Tips:
Recommend using 2 lined baking sheets in rotation, always putting dough on a cool baking sheet before going into the oven.
Using a whisk for the dry ingredients in Step 1 made things easier.
Subbing a 1 tbsp measuring spoon (scooping twice) in lieu of a cookie scoop does work
Used unsalted butter, though original recipe never specified.
13 minutes is the perfect cook time.

Step 1
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

Use stand mixer or hand mixer to cream butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar until fluffy.
