Gnocchi that’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside Yes this dish isn’t packed with protein however it’s bloody gorgeous 🤤 you could easily drop the gnocchi by 200 and add chicken or Turkey for added protein ✅

Instructions

Step 1
Fry the chorizo until crispy and oil has released. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
Add the gnocchi and halloumi in the oil for 2-3 minutes before adding the tomatoes, paprika, chorizo, light cream and chicken stock.
Step 3
Allow the mixture to reduce down for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is thick to your liking.
Step 4
Finish with Parmesan and finely chopped parsley.
