chicken tikka garlic coriander wraps 🌯 These were absolutely BANGING 🤤 we were both craving a takeaway so badly on Friday and wow we were SO glad we didn’t have one. Soft garlicky naan style wraps, creamy tikka and some fries for good measure (you can leave these out and add garnish instead for a lighter option) ✨ 585 calories and 46.4g protein a lot less than a takeaway ✅💗 Hit SAVE for your next dinner recipe 📌💗 Ingredients (serves 2): 200g chicken breast Tbsp tikka spice Tbsp lemon juice 120g self raising flour 130g fat free greek yoghurt Tsp garlic granules 25g tikka paste Tbsp tomato puree 100ml single reduced fat light cream 1/4 tsp garlic puree 1/4 tsp ginger purée 100g frozen french fries Sliced red onion Tsp garlic puree 7g light butter Tsp coriander leaf 💗Season the chicken the tikka spice and lemon juice, mix together and set to one side. 💗Mix together the flour, greek yoghurt and garlic granules until a dough is formed. Cut in half and roll in to two circular naan shapes. 💗Add the tikka chunks to a pan and fry off until browned each side, remove from the pan and set to one side. 💗 Cook the frozen fries. 💗In a seperate pan, add each naan, cook for 2-3 minutes each side. 💗Make the sauce by adding the tikka paste, tomato puree, ginger and garlic puree and cream. Leave to simmer before adding the chicken back in. 💗 When the naan is cooked, melt the garlic puree, light butter and coriander and brush over each naan. 💗 Top with the fries if using, tikka, red onion and coriander. 💗Season the chicken the tikka spice and lemon juice, mix together and set to one side.
