4 filetti di merluzzo
1 barattolo di pomodorini in scatola (o 200 freschi)
1 cipolla
3 patate
Qb sale, pepe, acqua, prezzemolo,capperi e olive taggiasche
Soffriggi la cipolla in olio, poi unisci pomodorini, sale e pepe. Cuoci per 10 m, poi aggiungi strato di patate sottili e sale. Copri con acqua e cuoci qualche istante. Adagia sopra il merluzzo a pezzi, olive, capperi. Copri con coperchio e fai cuocere per circa 15-20m, smuovendo il tegame ogni tanto. Servi

Qb olive taggiasche o nere (20 circa)
1 cucchiai di capperi
Scorza di 1 piccolo limone
Mezzo bicchiere vino bianco
1 spicchio aglio
Qb sale, olio, pepe, prezzemolo
Condisci i pomodorini a metà con olio e sale. Versa in teglia e aggiungi: merluzzo a pezzi, aglio, limone, prezzemolo, capperi, vino, olio, sale e e pepe. Cuoci in forno ventilato a 190 per circa 20 m-25 m.

5-6 fettine ( piccole) di pane fresco

1 spicchiò aglio piccolo
Prezzemolo, pinoli e sale qb
3 cubetti di Grana o pecorino
Qb olio ( circa 3 cucchiai abbondanti) il composto deve diventare umido.
Cuocete i filetti in forno caldo, meglio se ventilato, a 190 per circa 20-25m. Se la panatura dovesse colorirsi troppo, coprite la teglia con della carta stagnola.
