Air Fryer Salmon with a Cream Sauce (Gluten Free)
5 steps
Prep:5minCook:10min
One of the quickest dinners I know, perfect for those busy weekday evenings!
When serving with rice, I make a little extra sauce to prevent any dryness, but I also love this recipe as a summer evening meal with salad... especially in the sunshine!

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the salt, pepper, mixed herbs and garlic granules together to create the coating.
Step 2
Add the olive oil to each salmon fillet, then use the coating to coat the fish. I find it easiest to pour some over the top, rub it in, then flip from side to side to ensure full coverage!
Step 3
Pre-heat your air fryer for 2 minutes, then place in the air fryer on 180C for 10 minutes.
Step 4
For the sauce, place all sauce ingredients in a microwaveable dish, and heat for 20 second intervals, stirring each time. This normally takes me around 3 times.
Step 5
Serve the salmon hot with a drizzle of the sauce over the top.
