Roasted Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

These just might be my favourite flavour of wings. They are made (mostly) in the air fryer and definitely be a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

2 poundswings
split or whole
1 Tbspolive oil
plus more to spritz in the air fryer
1 tspKosher Salt
1 tspblack pepper
1 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
½ tspsmoked paprika
1 tspchili flakes
1 Tsporegano
Garlic Parm Sauce
¼ cupunsalted butter
½ tsporegano
¼ tspblack pepper
½ Tbsfresh parsley
minced plus more for garnish
roasted garlic
mashed
½ cupmayonnaise
⅔ cupParmesan
grated, plus more for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
1. Pre-heat your air fryer to 400 degrees F for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, and all the seasonings listed until evenly coated.
Step 3
3. Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy. Allow them to cool for 5-10 minutes once they are fully cooked.
Step 4
4. While the wings are cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the oregano, black pepper and parsley and stir to combine. Set aside to cool.
Step 5
5. In a clean large bowl, squeeze the roasted garlic out of the bulb and mash till smooth.
Step 6
6. Add in the mayonnaise and parmesan and the cooled butter mixture to the bowl. Whisk to combine.
Step 7
7. Transfer the cooled wings to the large bowl and toss till they are well coated

8. Garnish parsley and parmesan and enjoy!
