Instructions
Step 1
Grease the ramekins with butter and coat in Cocoa powder, put aside
Step 2
Make the Ganache by putting the cream in a saucepan and bringing to a simmer
Step 3
Pour the warmed cream onto the chopped chocolate, add a pinch of salt and mix until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr

Preheat oven to 190°C
Step 5
Add water to a pot and let it simmer. Put a glass bowl over it and add chocolate and butter, stir to melt

In a mixing bowl crack in 3 Eggs and mix until fluffy. Add a pinch of salt and gradually add in the sugar and vanilla extract

Combine the butter chocolate with the egg sugar mixture and fold gently until combined

Then add flour and mix until combined
Step 9
Pour into ramekins until half full. Scoop 1-2 tsp of the cooled Ganache mixture into the middle and cover with more cake mixture

Bake for 15 minutes
Step 11
Turn out upside down and sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve.
