For the glaze
50gmolasses
100mlpineapple juice
100mlwater
1 ½ Tbspteriyaki sauce
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 ½ Tbsplemon juice
1 Tbspwhiskey
1 tspgarlic puree
1 tsponion powder
½ tspcayenne pepper
1 tspchilli flakes

Instructions
Step 1
Dip the chicken into flour to coat, then into egg, and then into panko, coat well and add to air fryer, leaving space between - spray with oil.
Step 2
Air fry on 180°c for 20 minutes, turning halfway.
Step 3
To a saucepan add 100g light brown sugar, 100ml pineapple juice, 100ml water, 1.5 tbsp teriyaki sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp jack Daniels (or any whiskey/bourbon), 1 tsp garlic puree, 30g finely diced onion, pinch cayenne pepper, chilli flakes to a saucepan and simmer on the hob for around 45 mins to 1 hour, until bubbling and glossy.
Step 4
Serve with basmati rice, sesame seeds and chives
