Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Step 1
Score the chicken breasts by cutting 1/2 inch deep lines into the meat. Make cuts in one direction, then in the opposite direction to create a diagonal pattern.

Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, granulated onion, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3
Drizzle vegetable oil over the chicken breasts and rub the seasoning blend all over the scored chicken breasts, ensuring the seasoning gets into the cuts. Do this to both sides of the chicken breasts.

Make the Bang Bang Sauce
Step 4
In a medium bowl, combine the mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and vinegar. Mix well until smooth.

Coat the Chicken in Bang Bang Sauce
Step 5
Pour the Bang Bang sauce on the scored side of the seasoned chicken breasts, making sure they are well-coated.
Air Fry the Chicken
Step 6
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Step 7
Place the sauce-coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
Step 8
Cook for 10-14 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Serve
Step 9
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
Step 10
Drizzle additional Bang Bang sauce over the chicken if desired.
Step 11
Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
