Step 1
Mix the sauce ingredients together including a pinch of salt and pepper and set aside. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper then dip into whisked egg then the cornflour. Place in the air fryer, spray with low calorie spray and cook on 180C for 6 mins, flip then spray again and cook for a further 6 mins.
Step 2
Either place the chicken in a bowl, add the sauce so it's all coated evenly then back in the air fryer for 2-3 mins or spread the sauce over the chicken while it's in the air fryer! Serve with sliced spring onion and siracha mayo!
